Some of the step were confusing and the help sections were not helpful. The fee to use turbo tax are ridiculous.

Easy to use but "bait and switch" concern

Completing the returns was relatively simple. Navigating the site to change something or review is somewhat repetitive, but manageable. What I did not like was the $40 charge to have payment taken from my federal refund. I don't recall that that Hefty fee was disclosed in advance and it wasn't all that easy to figure out where the inflated fee came from or how to get rid of it. I considered using a different service because of the way that fee was added to the bill.

I like that I can transfer a lot of information from previous years or enter Employer ID number and transfer a lot of the information also.
