TurboTax could be better

I've used turbo tax online for many years now and since my info is already loaded that's the main reason I come back. Finding options like starting a new return and clear and start over is a headache. When running different scenarios often times options appear or disappear and there's no clear explanation as to why. Additionally, the tactics you use to constantly try to get me to upgrade my tax filing plan are extremely annoying, but I've figured out how to get past the various screens without paying more or giving you access to more of my information. If you acted a bit less predatory and focused on providing me with a good tax filing experience then maybe I would want to pay you more but as it stands the $39 I'm forced to pay you to e-file is bad enough.
