TurboTax has been very very easy and understanding to use. Extremely user friendly. Wonderful application/ company/website my family and I have been using for many many years and plan to do so in the future as well. TURBOTAX!!!

Everything was okay until there was an irreconcilable difference that could not be fixed, so I was unable to file electronically. Specifically, I attend online college but it is based in another state. Because of this, I was caught in a loop where I finally had to just print it up and mail it. It was annoying and had no remedy for the issue online.

Wow! Where would I have been without Turbo Tax? Had some crazy stuff last year with layoff, 401k distribution, having to purchase Covered California, and dependent turning 17, so I wasn't sure how it would go, but woot! Turbo Tax went through every step!

I have a basic tax return and was still charged $78 to file state and federal taxes despite ONLY having a W-2 and 1098-E as the site claims falls under basic. There was no way to skip it so I ended up paying. I'm annoyed.
