Walked me through it then charged me 118 at the end. Told me I had to upgrade to the $39 package. The 39 turned to 118 at the end so beware.

Turbo Tax works but it's annoyingly repetitive.

Effective for self filing but rather annoying because it asks the same questions about four times and pesters you to upgrade to an unnecessary service. Also auto selects multiple things instead of just letting you choose what you'd like to have it. Maybe it makes other people feel better that it "checks" your taxes four times but if the software would check it properly then it shouldn't need to keep doing it. Because of simplicity and cost effectiveness I will likely use the service again.
