Disappointed

Very disappointed with TurboTax this year. I had a duplicate 1099 form that pushed me to have to do the state income tax portion. I only found the error after I had paid for the state and was about to send off the Federal and State returns. Some gut feeling made me open the return and look through everything and that is where I found the duplicate 1099 form. I deleted it and after the program did another review, it showed that I now did not have to file a state return. I tried to get a refund for the state return program since I now neither owed nor was entitled to a state refund. TurboTax would not provide a refund so I ended up paying for a program that I didn't need
