I have used TurboTax in the past with ease. This year I had a couple new forms and was struggling to find out where I was to enter them. I searched them and the instructions I found were inaccurate. I did get them in the right place eventually but only by a lot of extra clicking back and forth.

Costs are stupidly high for what the programs is. The cheapest takes hundreds of dollars from you just for using their site and getting 0 help with your return. Not recommended.
