Easy to file, watch out for fees

Really easy to file using standard deduction. Turbo tax is a little sneaky when it comes to fees when paying for the service $40 if you pay with the tax return. You have to select the 5 day early $25 fee option, then back out to get to the free existing back account money transfer.

Last year we will be using Turbo Tax because of all the fees that have been added the past couple of years. 25$ fee to direct deposit.

Hidden fees are actually doubled!

This year I had barely $100 more in dividends earned that would cause me to file a schedule b form. I was charged double the price for deluxe on both my federal and state returns. This was nearly $80 in processing fees. It should be identified when inputting dividends that you must upgrade to deluxe due to meeting a threshold. Then also state that the upgrade charge is double-one charge for state and one charge for federal. Other than this hidden fee, I have no complaints.
