2023 Sucked - 2024 Good so Far

i would have liked a review for 2023. It sucked. I do several folks' taxes using TurboTax and there was so much amiss that it stated that it didn't have my taxes from last year because they had to give me a software version instead of a web version. So for 2024 it's been good so far. We'll see if they've fixed their bugs.

I thought it was free so it was disappointing cause its my first time doing my own taxes and did not expect to pay this much .
