very intuitive and easy to navigate. was a bit unclear at the last part where there was an option to pay with refund but after that, asked for cc info

My experience with Turbo Tax is very good. I had to use a Live Tax Expert. Name was Geoffrey. He really helped me get my state taxes done and filed. I'm very satisfied.
