Unfortunately, I found this year's experience cumbersome, confusing and going-around in circles. I thought my state return was being created as well but somehow a "file layer" box had been check.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years for my taxes. The program is simple and easy to use. Information is very explanatory. I can complete my taxes so fast and not be flustrated.

I don’t like the trick pricing, we file short form with standard deduction and somehow you find a way to charge us $39. And it’s always after we are done and ready to file….not good.
