TurboTax not fare on fees

I was told my fees were free but your program still charged me for it. Not fare!!!!!!!!!!!

Over all good experience

Over all good experience. I had a problem with the QR code trying to up load a W2 and I had some obscure questions on claiming living expenses of non dependent adult children as gifts with no usable answer provided through Turbo Tax. But other than that the experience was pretty painless.

Difficult This Year

Make it to where we can e-file no matter what the payment options will be. I don't even have checks but mailing a check was the only option I was given. Doing taxes is aggravating enough without this website making it more difficult.
