Never get a $0 charge

My return is so simple. Every year I expect to pay $0. Instead I am charged $88. AND... if I chose to have the $88 taken out of my refund, I am charged an additional $40.

Watch Out for the fees

Love the product. Hate the backhanded fees. Says that I pay one price ($39) but charge me another ($79). This is one of the few things that upsets me. NO THANK you
