TuboTax forces you to upgrade in order to actually file. They charged me $79 in total to file. (Literally wouldn't allow me to advance any further until I upgraded.)

Completing income taxes this year with TurboTax was quick and simple. The software of the program has really increased in efficiency, and the wording of the prompted questions have really become refined with clarity.

Wasted My Time

Several forms were included and triggered alerts which I had not started. Also had me start filling out a property tax refund when the forms wont even be available until later this year, which wasted some time. My return was initially rejected due to entering the wrong son for my wife, which was my fault, but seems the software could have flagged that her being 14 years old was a problem.
