TurboTax will not be used by me again

Horrible "online service" that just took me in circles again and again for 2 weeks due to "transmission failure" upon e-filing. Ended up having to delete out both resident and employment state filings until "forms are available" on 2/27. I had better not have to pay another TurboTax fee to file them since I already did. Horrible service with no one on the phone that has real answers.
