TurbuTax falsely promoting free services . So not true I end up paying also 150.00 in fees could of my tax done without the headache. First and last time

I like Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 years now. It does take much longer to do the taxes than Turbo tax states it will take me. I do get confused on some items so that always takes me longer. But for the most part, I am able to complete them in time

Turbo needs to actually be free to file. My fees went up fromast year. Paid 70something last year now its 128. Last time i do turbo
