The price to file seems to have kept going up. The process to file is very smooth, but I might end up having to find a new company to file with next year to ensure I keep as much of my return as possible.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

First time user. Have used CD or download in the past.
This is totally different and requires to deal with some items after the form was completed the first time.
Also, I wasn't sure if I needed the Identity Protection Pin. Your information area was helpful in this matter.

Easy and effective. I just don't like the fact that it says its free and then at the end it almost is tricky to the point where you end up getting charged
