Bogged down by flags it couldn't handle

Been using tTT for years. Overall they do a reasonable job of bringing in info (like W2s and 1099s) and integrating it. This year though two things came up - one on federal one on state - that the system couldn't handle, and that meant my returns were flagged as incomplete, and I have to file by mail. A pain, but also means their system isn't able to handle specific issues.

Not a Happy customer

First of all I just wanted the basic Free service but ended up having to pay $79 because I had to add the new insurance 1095. It only said $39 then I come back and it said $79. I had to pay this since I already sent the return through turbo tax and it was rejected.

I had a great experience, this is my first year doing my own taxes to save money paying someone else to do it. I was afraid for nothing! The entire process was simple and very user friendly!
