Quick and easy; slightly sneaky

The pop up payment requirements are a PIA and sneaky but otherwise very quick and easy. There’s other apps that are free but TT is thorough and simple.

Your software put me in a loop on my state taxes that would not allow me to proceed to e file. After two people tried unsuccessfully to help, Irvin stayed with me until we got through it. One of the most frustrating things was after hours of trying to file a straight-forward very simple return, we got caught in the hellish capture verification nightmare for about a half an hour, going round and round on bicycles, taxis traffic lights and motorcycles. Very frustrating, time wasting unpleasant experience - except for Irvin
