TurboTax is convenient (and read everything)

Great product, good user interface. Service includes clear and concise language to guide the person filing. Returning after last year makes the process even easier, where most information is already populated. Allows for the right amount of user discretion while offering to automate most steps of the filing. I rate TurboTax four stars because how the site tries to swindle money at the end of the process. I did not file for any states (I live in Wyoming) but I was willing to pay $39 for the convenience of filing.
However, it was sneaky that TurboTax tried to skim $40 more off my return for paying with the return. It was disclosed in the receipt but nowhere prior. I was able to go back an avoid the added fee but I don't appreciate "tricks" like this. It undermines the trust worthiness and integrity of the service as a whole. Minor critique but it's what I got.
