It is fairly user friendly but there should be a link when you ask a question to take you back to the page the answer gave you.

So-so experience

My overall experience was great, however towards the end the site started to glitch. It asked if I would like to use my refund as payment, which I selected 3 times, however I was still prompted to provide my card to pay.
This is a damper to my overall experience. I ended up paying for this transaction when that was not the intention.

Hidden fees

Hidden fees at the end. I used it because I thought I would need a document but didn't end up qualifying for that document and was unable to return back to the free version.

easy to understand and file, you can pause if you need and you can upload pics from your phone with a QR which makes it easier
