Problems with a form 1099-NEC!

For the first time a was in a medical study which paid me and they sent me Form 1099-NEC Nonemployee Compensation. No matter what I could put on the form is was not accepted. So I eventually had it deleted, so I could file my taxes. Case #1544135234

It's disparaging that one has to PAY 143 to get their taxes done -- on top of ALREADY PAYING TAXES. And I got nothing special.
