TurboTax is satisfactory for Federal returns.

Last two years, maybe three, Rhode Island would NOT ACCEPT TurboTax, even though I paid for the service. Refund was delayed until I sent a package, federal, state and W2 1099R were sent hard copy to Providence. This year I uploaded PDF of my forms. I trust, Turbo Tax will forward these forms to RI and my refund will be promptly deposited.

Do not use if you have Bank of America

Overall I liked turbotax but the fact that it rejected all of my bank of america cards repeatedly & provided no help was incredibly frustrating and really ruined my experience. other than that good user interface
