Overcharging product, not a scam but feels like it

Easy but bleeds your tax return dry, I miss the days of free tax returns, where I can submit the tax return and not have 100+ dollars yoinked out of my taxes, from a year of struggling due to lay offs. When TurboTax takes 30% of your return, it's barely worth it.... But it's easy, quick, and relatively hassle free.
