The price originally offered should be for an efile. I have to mail in, your fee should lower but I am sure that never happens. You spout all of the Veterans Admin and USAA how you offer deals to veterans but - I never receive any discount...

I have been using turbo tax to file my taxes for over 20 years. It is always easy and friendly to use. I have never had a problem with my taxes and my refund is always deposited on the time promised.
