Turbo tax is very easy to navigate through and answer the questions to complete your return. I also love the tips and guidance on each screen and seeing the refund amount change as you enter info.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years adn I've always been 100% satisfied, The App is easy to use and there support is awesome.

Not Free - State Costs ya

Did not like all the hoops I had to jump through to use free version, then when finding our couldn't use free version because of HSA had to back up to delete state return. I'll file that elsewhere for free. State didn't change form free version so it doesn't make sense that you wanted to charge me to file it.
