I have been using turbotax for a few years. It makes it relatively easy to prepare my returns and filing electronically beats mailing. I get my refund quicker.

Not user friendly, I had to update my info multiple times, it did not send confirmation codes, it lost last years info, and it charged me more than the first time when I tried submitting it and when the codes did not work.

Turbo tax costs too much

The program was simple and easy to use, however, the $84 fee to file is outrageous for a $263 total refund. This makes me never want to use this program again.
