Not sure how I feel , made me up grade to deluxe

I feel like at the end you would not let me fill unless I up graded to premium even though I did not want to. I am low income and need every penny I can get . I feel like I was taken advantage of so next year I will look into other options.

Turbo Tax Hidden Fees and Overcharging

Turbo Tax charges extra fees when your return was sent back for fixes. Even though the fix was simple and able to be completed on my own, I was charged an additional $88. My 2024 tax return was still considered simple and the fix was done without assistance or any Live help from Turbo Tax. It's rather insulting and unnecessary to charge me extra for something I did myself.

TurboTax Tips Help Filing!

TurboTax Online has aided me in my tax preparation for several years now. The annual comparisons, ease of use and pop-out tips are extremely helpful. I also appreciate the email (or text, if you choose) updates on the status of the return. There is a fee to file both Fed and State simultaneously; for ease and quickness, I pay it. Thank you TT!
