Love TurboTax, Needed Clarification on Billing

Very user friendly and easy software that also allowed people who wanted to double check everything the opportunity to.
I was not happy about the ending cost of my taxes, which was $39+$39+$40 processing fee. I originally started thinking I was only going to pay $39 for the entire experience as this is about how much I was paying in other years I have been using Turbo Tax. I would love for a representative to reach out to me to explain this!

Turbo was great

This was very user friendly but I didn't like that i had to pay when my return was super simple to do , my sister did hers and was pretty much like mines and she didn't have to pay and I did and my return was lot smaller in quantity
