Very user friendly.The "learn more" links were extremely helpful especially when it came to having to add my daughter's 1st year of college information.

Terrible return

The federal return doesn't calculate the stae tax and withholding distribution correctly. The Ohio return doesn't;t calucalte the school tax at all

Minimize Upgrade Prompts

The process was relatively easy. However, it was annoying the number of times the upgrade requests popped up. It would be helpful if there was a search icon that could be easily accessed when a question arises in the midst of the process.
