I always enjoy using TurboTax it is user friendly and very informative. It makes filing your taxes so easy and not overwhelming.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Nothing I'd recommend

Between the constant advertising to upgrade to another fee level and the fact that state returns aren't free and the required fee to put on my 1099, it would almost be worth it to have trudged through a foot of snow in subzero temperatures to my local town hall to get the required forms, fill them out manually, and wait for snail mail to do it's thing.
