Turbo Tax charges inappropriately.

I initially checked the 'own home' category and this seemed to have Turbo Tax charge me for their Basic package. Although I accepted the standard deduction and never used the property taxes or insurance, turbo tax wasn't intelligent enough to know that it wasn't used and I should have gotten the free filing for using the 1099-Simple form. I tried to find it later and remove but never could. Save for deleting the return and starting completely over, I paid the charge plus $40 for using my return. A charge of $79 when it should have been free. I won't use turbo tax again next year.

Love Turbo Tax

Like that I can do my taxes from my couch. Easy to use and help if needed. I have used Turbo Tax for years and love the convenience of using Turbo Tax year after year. Makes the tax year not so overwhelming.

Turbo tax is overcharging

It was easy process I just had a problem with the high. Prices and especially when I seen advertising 0$ before the 28th of February. Kinda disappointed of the amount taken with my low amount I’m receiving

Turbo tax is awesome and easy to use!!!

I'm not the most tech savvy person, so I was worried to be filling myself. I usually have my taxes done by a tax company. I was pleased to see how easy it was to navigate turbo tax. It's easy and affordable. Moving forward, I will continue using TurboTax yearly!
