I have HAD to pay to get my taxes done for like 3 years in a row now and I don't understand why. When I first started using TurboTax I was able to utilize your services for FREE for my taxes, it changed when I HAD to have insurance from the government marketplace. I only had government marketplace health insurance for about six months, but since then I've had to pay almost $100 each year to get my taxes done with you all. I have not gotten an explanation and I would like one; my mother and siblings have been using TurboTax for years and never had to pay so why am I the odd one out? I don't even get the option to file for free anymore and I don't understand what I'm paying for; what's the difference between deluxe and free because I'd like the free version.
