Turbo tax is simple

Turbo tax has been my go-to for years. I feel safe using this software. It is an easy process and usually only takes me about an hour.

easy with fee surprises

easy to do but multiple hidden fees. It asked if I wanted to pay the $39 fee with my refund. I thought why not. After 40minutes and I get to the end to find out they want $40 on top of that as a fee to pay with refund. Did not see that in the beginning. At that point, I was too tired to flip back through to find the option to undo it. I think they are counting on that.
