I have been using TurboTax for years. It is easy to use and the explanations are clear and concise when needed. It's like the software was created for everyday people with no accounting experience.

Easy to use. only thing I do not like is it says cost is 39 bucks but in the end it is 79. it is a little misleading but overall always a nice experience

Misleading product info regarding 1099-INT

System works but could do without your shady upselling tactics. A simple 1099-INT for saving account interest should not trigger a $78 up charge (39 each federal and state). Your website lists 1099-INT as qualified for free version. If I had known this was not the case I would have used another provider.

Although you might get tired of all the checks and balances, I appreciate that the TurboTax service tries to guide you through the process and tries to find ways to maximize any return you may be owed.
