TurboTax is an excellent online Tax prep product!

I've been using TurboTax for almost 10 years now. It is a great online tax prep product. I just wish it was a little less expensive. Like perhaps $99.00+

I feel like you take advantage of people who could not afford to pay for your service fee and adding premium charges for taking my own money out of my own refund. I hope that one day your company reaps what they sow. how does a $78 dollar charge turn into $122 for a "premium" benefit of taking my money out of my own money?

Every year I got through this to do my taxes and every year it sucks, every year you force me to pay for extra features I don't care about or try your hardest to sneak in extra charges or spam ads for stuff I don't need, you people are the absolute worst. I hope you go bankrupt, and I hope I find a better option so I can stop using this site
