Beware "Free" tax preparation!

Easy to use, BUT...
I was sent an e-mail by Turbo Tax wanting to come back to them and that my tax preparation would be "free". Including the fee for letting their bank send my refund (which in the disclaimer it said I didn't have to do, but it wouldn't let me change how I received my refund,) I paid $118. Not exactly free.

I've been using Turbotax for YEARS. And for YEARS, it was free. I don't understand why there's 3 separate fees, when my tax return is so, so low.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
