Only was made aware I would need to pay for anything at the very end and doing everything myself only saved me $20>. If I had a physical W-2 I would not have used this platform. absolute scam.

Like the ability to enter my own information and get instant results. Only drawback is I'd like a printout of my return that's as easy to print as my receipt for paying Intuit.
