I'd give 0.1
I've used TurboTax for free the last 10 years, always free...I made $10k less this year, and never held a 401k, because I can responsibly save my own money in a savings account where I'm supposed to get the interest, not the IRS because money is being moved.
Spent one hour filing, to find I'm receiving only $500 this year, no biggie. I made less than I normally do. Also find, due to a $3 credit I received after answering "No, this does not apply to me", I MUST upgrade.
$39? That's fine. Another 30 mins, it's $39 for both, making it $80. Another hour of review later and checkout, with a fee of $120!?!?
I have 3 W-2's and a 1095c, which was not entered because it doesn't need to be reported.
Absolutely greedy for a company who already profits off money owed to the taxpayers.
$120 for a $500 refund, might as well not file and let uncle sam keep it all. Shoulda stuck working resturaunts being fed and $2k tax returns, all for free.

User Friendly, sneaky with extra fees

Easy and helpful. I like the pop down explanation for terms. My only negative is sometimes they try to be sneaky with some extra fees. For example, $25 for early filing. The additional fee options are always biggest and center screen, sometimes making it difficult to see the free options that may take a little longer

Very detailed and helpful tax site. I feel like I get all of the tax breaks necessary! I can rest easy knowing that I am getting my maximum refund and everything is right.
