Used Turbo Tax for years and Have found it to be accurate, complete and the easiest of methods to file (well, except for having an accountant do it for you lol)

It was rather easy this year. I like the addition of the information about Qualified/Non-qualified dividends. The smaller print explanation helped us this year.

The process of filing my taxes was smooth and easy. I have a HUGE problem with y'all charging $40 to take the cost of using TurboTax out of my return. I also had the same problem last year. Taking advantage of people that might not be able to pay the cost of using TurboTax. FORCING them to pay an extra $40 on top of the original fee. It is a crummy business tactic. Unfortunately y'all basically hold a monopoly over the average joe tax filer. I would use others but TurboTax system is easier to understand. If only y'all didn't charge a $40 to pay out of people's refund, I would have given this a 5 star review. If anyone asks me who I filed with I will say TurboTax, but will inform them that they are basically scamming people on the additional processing fees.
