Changes to Turbo Tax

Some of the questions are confusing, especially regarding retirement income. This layout was different from other years and not as user-friendly as other years. When forms are no longer necessary there should be an option to "NA" them. Having to review them increases the payment for TurboTax required because it moves you into another category.

Don't Click Deluxe!

That was such a terrible experience. I accidentally chose the deluxe version which I did not need and then spent like an hour trying to figure out how to switch to the free version. I could not figure it out so I called customer support, the first woman put me on hold for an hour and then simply hung up on me. The second woman told me (after 45 minutes of messing with it / me on hold) that I would just have to restart. I say fine, I try to restart, and it says, "Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over." - I did not pay anything mind you. So, my taxes were about $80 more than it should be, what a garbage service.
