TAXES UGH

This past year has been hard on me financially. After doing my taxes, it was quite evident and the amount they charged for doing my taxes on this platform and taking from my refund. I'm nearly $200 poorer and my refund this year is less than what I make bi-weekly at my place of employment. :(

I think it's a ripoff when I file my own taxes online and have to pay $39 and a $40 service fee. The $39 should be the service fee.
