Difficulties

was difficult to motivate thru.
Cost -- was constantly asked to upgrade at additional charge. ended up with a charge much more then I had anticipated. Not sure of all the charges. $40 charge was added at check out. charges should be known up front. This was never an issue in the past.

Good Turbo Tax but Watch It

It is easy to use but as I put in numbers for items and it uploaded it the numbers were not correct and very different. It took longer to complete because of this problem.
The programs continues to ask and ask to update and I did this by mistake. You have to pay closer attention than I did for these many pop ups.
I may have given 4 stars but for the many problems with the incorrect numbers repeatedly. I have used this product for many years and was disappointed with this worrisome problem and my continued need to go back and correct the numbers.
