Confusing to find feedback in FAQ

TurboTax can be confusing when it comes to inputting certain information and getting clear feedback on what needs to be fixed or is asking for in FAQ. It's almost forcing you to pay for an advisor in order to do your taxes correctly. I do appreciate that it saves my prior information from the last few years filing with them.
