Not so much that the product is poor but, rather misleading. I was charged a processing fee for a1099 NES--a separate fee for both federal and state return--AND a processing fee for filing and refund direct deposit.

The platform is very helpful! I appreciate the explanations of every step. I only wish the payment portion was more transparent. I always think I will owe TurboTax less money than I do by the end.
