I HAVE USED TAXACT FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, AND NEVER SPENT MORE THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS DOING OUR RETURN.
THIS HAS BEEN FIVE HOURS OF ELECTRONIC TORTURE.
THEN WHEN IT CAME TIME TO RETRIEVE THE CODE TO FILE, IT TOOK 6 TIMES FOR YOUR SYSTEM TO TAKE IT. NOT A GOOD SYSTEM

Good, not great

The 'learn more' and question marks with the sidebar pop-ups was a lifesaver except for like 1 that was confusing but I don't remember which one. Was a very smooth and easy process except that they kept trying to make me pay more than I had to which I didn't enjoy at all. I still ended up paying more than I should've but oh well, great interface besides that
