Turbo Tax is not what it used to be

The QR code to scan in documents does not work. It repeatedly took me to a page that said it was not available. When I was able to scan in documents, it misread most amounts - only the amounts were wrong. The rest of the data is correct. For a software designed to calculate monetary amounts, to get it wrong is wrong. I don't appreciate, either, the software tacking on additional features that cost money. I should not have to click a REMOVE button to take off things that cost that I do not want.
