HATE IT. They are a rip off. Go somewhere with volunteers to help you fill out your taxes for free. You pay almost a hundred dollars to plug in numbers--and you can do it for free! The software does everything. There's no reason for them to charge this obscene amount. And they have you fill out all your information for State Tax Return and charge you an extra $40. Every 5 or so steps they try to persuade you that you should pay them more for premium or a fake specialist. Don't. Plan ahead and go somewhere in the community that has software with the exact same abilities and someone to help you.
