Love TurboTax Online

My experiance was fast, easy, and I didn't spend a bunch of money. I was able to finish my tax filing in under an hour.

Gotcha fees

Turbo Tax is not free! And you have to wait until you're more than halfway through the process, or near the end of the process, to find out all the nickel and dime fees. In addition, there's constant advertising for additional "services" at additional cost. I'll use someone else next year.
