I filed my entire tax form, taking almost twice the estimated time. It was only then that I found out I had to pay this year. But it was about $30, so I figured no big deal. Rather just pay up then do it all over again. But then they wanted to slip in a bunch of hidden fees and it went over $100. Will never use TurboTax again

No reward for loyalty

I've been using turbo tax for all of my adult life now and it is tragic that there is zero incentive for loyalty for a software they advertise as "free" a bit too often but you never pay less than $80
