Was accurate and not complicated

This was the first year I was able to complete my return on the first try. Yay! The only thing that took extra time is that I just moved to a new address and needed to have my new drivers license number which I didn't have yet because of my new address. It was just a hassle and took an extra day. But all in all, the Turbo Tax experience is great.

They hide and charge fees.

Your program is great. Easy to use and very fast. However you are not upfront and transparent with your fees. You advertise for free yet, you add on the fees you never mentioned until the customer is totally completed . You charged me $39.00 to do my FREE taxes. You charged me another $40.00 for a PROCESSING FEE ?? This is like Auto Salesmen and Mortgage Brokers. I won't be back.!!!
